
Vision FC head coach Nana Kweku Agyemang remains optimistic about his side’s survival in the Ghana Premier League following their 2-0 victory over leaders Bibiani Gold Stars on Matchday 29.
The crucial win moved Vision FC further from the relegation zone, boosting hopes of maintaining their top-flight status in their debut season.
“I’ve said it over and over again, we will not be relegated. The boys will rise to the occasion. We’ll stay in the league, and next season, you’ll see a better side,” Agyemang assured after the game.
Edmond Asante’s late goal sealed the victory for Vision FC, who now sit 14th on the table, climbing above Accra Lions.
Meanwhile, Gold Stars’ lead at the top was reduced to just two points.
Elsewhere, Nations FC lost to Berekum Chelsea, and Asante Kotoko edged Aduana Stars with a 1-0 win.
