Stop smoking
Smoking cigarettes and marijuana can cause oxidative stress and damage your sperm. Smoking can also change the size and shape of the sperm as well, a recent study in the journal Human Reproduction said.

Avoid mobile phones
Health experts often caution men against any increase use of their mobile phones. Why? Because men who use their phones more have decreased sperm mobility, probably due to the electromagnetic waves.
Hit the Gym
Exercise raises a man’s testosterone and that helps him produce sperm. So don’t forget to exercise when you can. Nevertheless, too much exercise or over training can deplete vitamins and stored hormones. Too much time on a bike can also put excessive pressure on the testicles, so as much as you exercise, try and take a break for a while.

Wear comfortable underwear
Check the underwear you wear. Cotton underwear is often the best and can help in sperm production. You can also decide not to wear any underwear at all.

Being stressed out often can affect your adrenal glands, and this may affect sperm production. Try and relax. Get enough sleep. Have fun with your friends and family.
