

The Local Black Stars were walloped 3-1 by a club owned by ex-Ghana international Godwin Attram on Monday in Accra.
Black Stars B unbeaten run in their preparation for the CHAN qualifier against Burkina Faso suffered a jolt when Attram's de Visser upset them with a 3-1 defeat at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, Accra on Monday.
It was the academy boys wo began the scoring in the 30 minute through Reginald Thompson, before Godfred Odametey, the skipper of the side doubled their lead in the 35 minute.
But Shafiu Mumuni reduced the deficit for the Local Black Stars when he intercepted a shot from Zakaria Mumuni in the 40 minute.
Thompson however, restored De Visser’ two goal margin when he scored the third in what stood as the match winner.
The Black Stars have had a rosy preparation having enjoyed several victories and draws ahead of their clash against Burkina Faso.
The defeat against the academy boys is a wake-up and it is expected to keep them alert when they face their West African counterparts in the qualifiers of the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
The team will travel to Ouagadougu to acclimatize themselves with the weather before the game over the weekend.
