Kevin-Prince Boateng has extended his current contract with Spanish La Liga side UD Las Palmas and will stay at the club until 2020.
The Ghana international joined the team at the start of this season following a short stint back at AC Milan after leaving German Bundesliga club Schalke 04 on a controversial note.
The player who has been phenomenal in the Spanish La Liga this season has scored 10 goals and assisted five times in the 39 points Las Palmas have claimed with just a game to go.
Prince Boateng who will now stay at Las Palmas until 2020 also have another opportunity to represent the Black Stars of Ghana.
The 30-year-old who has played in two different FIFA World Cup with Ghana has been given another opportunity after the new head coach of the team Kwesi Appiah said he has no problems with the German-born Ghanaian.
Boteng who is currently suspended at national level may have to apologize before having any chance of getting a call-up to the Black Stars of Ghana.
However, for now, it’s a win for Ghanaian player Kevin-Prince Boateng at Las Palmas.
