Ayew got 68 minutes under his belt as Palace drew 0-0 with ten-man Everton at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.
The 27-year-old started alongside Belgium striker Christian Benteke upfront and he put a shift in and worked hard for the team.
Jordan had one good chance early in the second half but was denied by Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
Here are some Palace fans praising Ayew:
Jordan was our man of the match. Great attitude. Hope he gets a run in the first team. Very tricky player. Keep up the excellent work.

Put in a shift, held ball up well, broke up play, nice link up play. Just needs a goal. Run in the team please Roy.

He did great but motm mos def someone from defensive end. Should have scored that 1 on 1 too.

A goal or three would do wonders for his confidence. Looked genuinely dejected to be subbed.

Jordan Ayew was our best player today in my view and that’s not something I ever thought I’d say.

Grafted for every second he was on the pitch.
Didn’t just work hard but was technically brilliant too.He was made to play as a lone striker last season and it was unfair all the stick he got for https://t.co/zcDsFi2dM4 in his proper position and he puts in a performance like that.

Ayew and Benteke both played well. Would love to see them net a couple as it would go a long way in terms of building their confidence.
