
English-born Ghanaian striker Joe Dodoo is set to depart Scottish side Rangers FC after failing to his feet at the club since joining from Leicester City.
The 22-year-old forward joined the Gers from English side Leicester City after a somewhat successful loan spell at Bury.
However, the Ghanaian failed to break into the first team of the Scottish giants which prompted former manager Mark Warburton to ship him on loan to Charlton Athletic in the English League One Championship.
And the youngster has emerged as one of the high profile names to be shown the exit following poor form.
After a disastrous loan spell at Charlton, Dodoo has spent most of his time with Rangers playing the odd game for the Under-20s.
With the imminent arrival of former Liverpool and England player Steven Gerrard, Dodoo and Michael O’Halloran as well as Dalcio, on loan from Benfica this term, won’t be needed.
