Ghanaians Medeama stayed on course for a play-offs place in the Orange CAF Confederation Cup with a 2-0 home win over Zambians Zesco United at the weekend. The African debutants took an early lead in the last-16 first leg through Nathaniel Asamoah and Michael Helegbe converted a penalty 12 minutes from time.
